Illinois Statutes Chapter 55. Counties § 5/2-2001. Boundaries of towns

§ 2-2001. Boundaries of towns. The county board shall also have power to change the boundaries of towns, and to create new towns in their respective counties, in manner provided by law; to designate and give names thereto, and to fix the place of holding the first town meeting therein.
