§ 25-10. Mussel preserves. The Department may, from time to time when it shall deem feasible for the conservation of mussels, by administrative rule prescribe waters to be known as mussel preserves from which mussels shall not be taken for any purpose during any periods of time that in its opinion may be required to restore a supply of mussel life to the waters.
