Illinois Statutes Chapter 510. Animals § 77/10.25. Lagoon

§ 10.25. Lagoon. “Lagoon” means any excavated, diked, or walled structure or combination of structures designed for biological stabilization and storage of livestock wastes. A lagoon does not include structures such as manufactured slurry storage structures or pits under buildings as defined in rules under the Environmental Protection Act  1 concerning agriculture related pollution.
