Illinois Statutes Chapter 510. Animals § 50/17. Animals consigned to stockyards not to be diverted en route

§ 17. When any cattle, swine, sheep or other domestic animals herein specified are consigned for delivery within the confines of the State of Illinois, they shall not be diverted en route or delivered to the owner or consignee at any other point within the State of Illinois, except that named in the original billing.
