§ 2. Testing required. All owners of dairy or breeding cattle, bison, sheep, goats, antelope, or cervids within the State of Illinois shall submit their cattle, bison, sheep, goats, antelope, or cervids for a tuberculin test upon request of the Department of Agriculture, and shall provide necessary facilities for making tests and render such assistance as may be required by the Department. The direct expense of making such tests shall be paid by the Department.
