§ 6.8. Cattle for immediate slaughter consigned to a recognized slaughtering establishment may be shipped into Illinois without a brucellosis test or health certificate, however, such cattle shall be accompanied by a consignment document as provided by rules and regulations of the Department. Such cattle shall be held in quarantine until slaughtered.
Cattle for immediate slaughter not consigned to a recognized slaughtering establishment may be shipped into Illinois without brucellosis test as provided by the rules and regulations of the Department. Such cattle shall be held in quarantine until slaughtered.
