§ 14. Swine may enter the State destined for immediate slaughter or for resale for immediate slaughter if accompanied by a consignment form showing the point of origin, the number of animals in the shipment, the destination, the date of shipment and identification of the vehicle transporting the shipment. Such swine may not be consigned from a quarantined area unless accompanied by a permit from the Department and shall not have been fed garbage.
