Illinois Statutes Chapter 505. Agriculture § 57/10. Cooperative Development Board

§ 10. Cooperative Development Board. The Cooperative Extension Service of the College of Agriculture of the University of Illinois shall create a Cooperative Development Board. Subject to appropriation, the Board shall establish, assist, and enhance the development of local and regional agricultural institutions, such as, but not limited to, cooperatives, other ownership structures, contractual arrangements, and information systems to provide support to Illinois family farmers.
