§ 20.1. Report to General Assembly and State Agencies. The Department of Agriculture shall make an annual report to the General Assembly on the location and size of all agricultural areas created or dissolved during the past year and of any other alterations of agricultural areas. For the purpose of planning project alternatives, the Department of Agriculture shall provide a description of all agricultural areas to the following agencies and shall notify the following agencies of the creation, alteration, or dissolution of agricultural areas: the Governor's Office of Management and Budget, the Department of Natural Resources, the Illinois Commerce Commission, the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Capital Development Board, and the Department of Transportation.
