Illinois Statutes Chapter 505. Agriculture § 45/9. Expenditure of funds

§ 9. Expenditure of funds. Expenditures from funds appropriated by the county or contributed from other sources for use in the county or multi-county unit shall be made in accordance with University fiscal procedures and based on certifications prepared by county extension personnel and approved by the chairman of the county extension council or other authorized person for payment. The University will maintain a record showing charges made against funds contributed from each county.
