Illinois Statutes Chapter 505. Agriculture § 40/19. Termination of program; unobligated funds

§ 19. Upon termination of any corn marketing program, all remaining unobligated funds shall be refunded to the Illinois Department of Agriculture to be used for corn market development programs.
