Illinois Statutes Chapter 505. Agriculture § 25/14. Bylaws

§ 14. Bylaws. The Checkoff Division shall adopt bylaws to carry out the intent and purposes of this Act. These bylaws can be amended with a 30 day notice to board members at any regular or special meeting called for this purpose.
