Illinois Statutes Chapter 505. Agriculture § 130/6. Petitions for marketing programs and amendments; number of signers

§ 6. A marketing program proposal or a proposed amendment to an existing marketing program may be requested by petition to the Director by 2500 producers of soybeans, with at least 10 signers of such petition from each of 50 counties.
