Illinois Statutes Chapter 50. Local Government § 835/9. Use of facilities; records of payments of maintenance charges

§ 9. The use of the facilities or services specified in Section 1 of this Act shall not be limited or conditioned in any manner by the financial status or ability to pay of any recipient or person responsible. Records pertaining to the payment of maintenance charges shall not be made available for inspection, but all such records shall be deemed confidential and used only when required for the purpose of Section 8 of this Act.
