§ 70. Report. On or before July 1, 2023 and on a quarterly basis thereafter, the Division of Mental Health shall submit a report to the General Assembly on its progress in implementing this Act, which shall include, but not be limited to, a strategic assessment that evaluates the success toward current strategy, identification of future targets for implementation that help estimate the potential for success and provides a basis for assessing future performance, and key benchmarks to provide a comparison to set in context and help stakeholders understand their positions.
