§ 8. The Administrator, with the advice and recommendation of the Statewide 9-1-1 Advisory Board, shall coordinate the implementation of systems established under this Act. To assist with this coordination, all systems authorized to operate under this Act shall register with the Administrator information regarding its composition and organization, including, but not limited to, identification of the 9-1-1 System Manager and all answering points. Decommissioned PSAPs shall not be registered and are not part of the 9-1-1 system in Illinois. The Illinois State Police may adopt rules for the administration of this Section.
