§ 7. Selection and approval of schools. The Office shall select and approve the fire training program at the University of Illinois and other schools within the State of Illinois for the purpose of providing basic training for trainees, and advanced or in-service training for fire protection personnel which schools may be either publicly or privately owned and operated.
