§ 10.25. Training; cell phone medical information. The Board shall develop and require each law enforcement officer to participate in training on accessing and utilizing medical information stored in cell phones. The Board may use the program approved under Section 2310-711 of the Department of Public Health Powers and Duties Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois to develop the Board's program.
