Illinois Statutes Chapter 50. Local Government § 405/1.20. Limitations on indebtedness; airports, landing fields, and related facilities

§ 1.20. The limitation prescribed in Section 1 of this Act does not apply to any indebtedness of a park district for the acquisition, construction, maintenance and operation of airports and landing fields for aircraft, as provided in Section 9-2b of The Park District Code, as now or hereafter amended,  1 or to any indebtedness of a county with a population of less than 300,000 and contiguous to one, and only one, county with a population over 200,000 and less than 300,000 for the acquisition, construction, maintenance, and operation of airports, landing fields, and related facilities, including roads, utilities, and parking facilities.
