§ 1. Legislative purpose. It is the legislative purpose of this Act to require deposit of all fees collected pursuant to law by officials of units of local government, elected or appointed, to comply with, and in implementation of Section 14 of Article VI and Section 9 of Article VII of the 1970 Constitution of the State of Illinois.
