Illinois Statutes Chapter 50. Local Government § 20/21. Execution of leases, contracts, deeds, etc.

§ 21. All leases, contracts, deeds of conveyance, or instruments in writing executed by the Commission, shall be executed in the name of the Commission by the Chairman and Secretary of the Commission, or by such other officers as the Board of Commissioners, by resolution, may direct, and the seal of the Authority shall be affixed thereto.
