Illinois Statutes Chapter 5. General Provisions § 600/2. Acceptance by United States; duration

§ 2. The concurrent jurisdiction ceded by Section 1 vests upon acceptance by the United States of America, by and through its appropriate officials, and shall continue so long as the lands within the Lincoln Home National Historic Site are dedicated for park purposes.
