§ 1. Pursuant to the provisions of an Act of Congress entitled “An Act to retrocede to the State of Illinois jurisdiction over one hundred fifty-four and two-tenths acres of land used in connection with the Chain of Rocks Canal, Madison County, Illinois”, approved May 21, 1952, and known as Public Law 347 of the 82nd Congress, 1 the State of Illinois hereby accepts retrocession of jurisdiction over all land described in said Act of Congress.
