§ 1. The State of Illinois hereby authorizes acceptance of retrocession, either partially or wholly, by the United States over land owned by the United States within the boundaries of Illinois and under the jurisdiction of the Veteran's Administration. The Governor of the State is hereby authorized to accept for the State such full or partial retrocession of jurisdiction.
