§ 15-20. Exclusive, partial, and proprietorial jurisdiction. The exclusive, partial, and proprietorial jurisdiction hereby retroceded and the concurrent jurisdiction hereby ceded with the State of Illinois shall continue no longer than the United States of America owns the land described in Section 15-5.
