§ 13.2. Insurance reserve funds; investments. All amounts held in the Health Insurance Reserve Fund, the Group Insurance Premium Fund, and the Local Government Health Insurance Reserve Fund shall be invested, at interest, by the State Treasurer. The investments shall be subject to terms, conditions, and limitations imposed by the laws of Illinois on State funds. All income derived from the investments shall accrue and be deposited to the respective funds no less frequently than quarterly. The Health Insurance Reserve Fund and the Local Government Health Insurance Reserve Fund shall be administered by the Director.
