§ 1. After the effective date of this Act, computation of vacation time of former State employees re-entering State service shall be determined as though all previous State service which qualified for earning of vacation benefits is continuous with present service.
For purposes of this Section, “State employee” means an “employee” as that term is defined in Section 2 of the State Salary and Annuity Withholding Act. 1
