Illinois Statutes Chapter 5. General Provisions § 312/1-103. Prospective Effect of Act

§ 1-103. Prospective Effect of Act. This Act applies prospectively. Nothing in this Act shall be construed to revoke any notary public commission existing on the effective date of this Act. All reappointments of notarial commissions shall be obtained in accordance with this Act.
