§ 3.9. Flood prevention. Two or more county flood prevention districts may enter into an intergovernmental agreement to provide any services authorized in the Flood Prevention District Act, to construct, reconstruct, repair, or otherwise provide any facilities described in that Act either within or outside of any district's corporate limits, to issue bonds, notes, or other evidences of indebtedness, to pledge the taxes authorized to be imposed pursuant to Section 25 of that Act to the obligations of any other district, and to exercise any other power authorized in that Act.
