§ 1. Subject to the provisions of Sections 2, 3 and 4 of this Act, reproduced copies of the following forms, reports and schedules may be filed in lieu of the original copy:
(a) Capital stock tax return or schedule required by The General Revenue Law of Illinois;
(b) Any personal property tax return or schedule required by The General Revenue Law of Illinois;
(c) Any annual report required by the “Business Corporation Act of 1983”, as amended; 1
(d) Any annual report required by the “General Not for Profit Corporation Act”, approved July 17, 1943, as heretofore or hereafter amended. 2
