Illinois Statutes Chapter 5. General Provisions § 160/23. Repeal; saving clause

§ 23. “An Act creating the State Records Commission and defining its powers and duties,” approved July 23, 1943, as amended, is repealed,  1 but all orders heretofore issued by the State Records Commission created by said Act shall stand and continue to be in full force and effect.
