§ 22b. The State Archives Advisory Board shall meet at the call of the chairman, but not less than 3 times in each calendar year, and shall make recommendations to the State Archivist on such matters as: general policies regarding the operation of the State archives; budget policies relative to annual appropriations by the General Assembly; and policies for federal funded archives programs.
