Illinois Statutes Chapter 45. Interstate Compacts § 17/90-5. Severability

§ 90-5. Severability. If any Section, sentence, clause, or provision of this Act or any application thereof to any person or circumstance is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional, such invalidity or unconstitutionality shall not affect the validity or constitutionality of the other provisions or applications of this Act which can be given effect without the invalid or unconstitutional application or provision, and to this end the provisions of this Act are declared to be severable.
