§ 2b. In addition to its other powers, the Illinois Emergency Management Agency is authorized to enter into agreements with the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission for the establishment of a coordinated and comprehensive program to minimize the risks posed by boilers, pressure vessels, and related components contained within or upon or in connection with any nuclear facility within this State. The program may provide for such inspections of nuclear facilities within the State as may be agreed upon and for inspections within and outside the State of Illinois of boilers and pressure vessels to be installed in any nuclear facility within this State.
