Illinois Statutes Chapter 430. Public Safety § 68/5-75. Term of license

§ 5-75. Term of license. Each certification shall be valid for the term of the license being certified. A licensee shall certify each new or renewed license. However, the Illinois State Police is not required to renew a certification if a prior certification has been revoked or suspended.
