§ 6.1. Notice of hearing. Notice of such hearing, stating the time, subject and location, shall be given at least 30 days before the date of the hearing by publication in a newspaper of general circulation within the county in which the hearing is to be held, and by mailing notice thereof to any individual, firm, partnership, corporation or association who have filed with the Department of Labor their names and addresses, requesting notice of such hearing.
