§ 7.01. It is the responsibility of any person who owns, leases, operates or controls any facilities or equipment for the use, storage, transportation, or manufacture of hazardous materials or his agent or employee to report to the nearest emergency agency and to the Illinois Emergency Management Agency the information required by any rule or regulation promulgated under Section 7.
