§ 15. Accredited manufactured homes installer courses. Within one year after the effective date of this Act, the Illinois Department of Public Health shall work with all interested parties to propose rules for the accreditation of courses for persons installing manufactured homes in Illinois. The courses shall provide instruction on how to install a manufactured home to the specifications of the manufacturer, review the installer guidelines, and test the written and practical installation skills of the individual installer.
