Illinois Statutes Chapter 430. Public Safety § 115/5. Issuance of seals evidencing compliance

§ 5. The Department shall issue seals to any manufacturer upon application supported by affidavit or such other evidence which the Department shall deem necessary to satisfy itself that the seals shall be affixed only to mobile structures or modular dwelling units which comply with the applicable safety code.
