§ 25. Test data. To ensure compliance with the performance standard specified in Section 20 of this Act, data from testing conducted by manufacturers to comply with this performance standard shall be kept on file by the manufacturers for a period of 3 years and shall be sent to the Office of the State Fire Marshal upon its request and to the Office of the Attorney General upon its request.
