Illinois Statutes Chapter 420. Nuclear Safety § 44/55. Liability

§ 55. Liability. The Agency and other persons under contract or agreement with the Agency under this Act, and their officers, agents, and employees, shall not be liable for conduct in the course of administering or enforcing this Act unless the conduct was malicious.
