§ 40. Injunctive relief. It shall be the duty of the Attorney General upon the request of the Agency to bring an action for an injunction against any person violating the provisions of this Act, or violating any order or determination of the Department of Nuclear Safety or its successor agency, the Illinois Emergency Management Agency.
