§ 18. Records. 1. Any person issued a license, certificate or permit under the provisions of this Act may be required by the Director to keep records. The record required by the Director shall be kept on forms provided by him. The form shall prescribe the information necessary for effecting compliance with and enforcement of provisions of this Act or rules adopted thereunder.
2. The Director shall have access to such records as required at any reasonable time during normal working hours. Any information on the required record shall be confidential. If it is summarized for any purposes other than that required for enforcement it shall not identify any individual person.
3. All files, records and data gathered by or under the direction or authority of the Director under this Act shall be made available to the Department of Public Health pursuant to the Illinois Health and Hazardous Substances Registry Act. 1
