Illinois Statutes Chapter 415. Environmental Safety § 50/2.02. Certificate of authorization

§ 2.02. “Certificate of authorization” means the written certificate granted to an applicant upon adoption of a resolution by a county board authorizing the establishment and operation of a wastewater land treatment site.
