§ 9.12a. Notice. When a permit for a new facility is required by this Title II, the Agency shall provide notice: (i) by certified or registered mail or, upon request, electronically, to the State Senator and State Representative of the district where the facility will be located; and (ii) to the public via a posting on its website in a format that is searchable by zip code. Within 6 months after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 101st General Assembly, the Agency shall adopt rules to implement this Section.
