§ 7.4. All moneys received by the Pollution Control Board from the collection of fees, photo reproduction costs and the sale of opinions and orders, shall be deposited into the Pollution Control Board Fund, a special fund which is hereby created in the State Treasury. The Pollution Control Board may use such funds for activities or purposes necessary to meet its responsibilities pursuant to the Environmental Protection Act. 1 The Pollution Control Board shall establish guidelines governing fee schedules and administration of the Pollution Control Board Fund.
