§ 59.4. Report on the status and impact of carbon capture and sequestration. Beginning July 1, 2029, and every 5 years thereafter, the Agency shall submit a report to the Governor and General Assembly that includes, for each carbon dioxide capture project in this State:
(1) the amount of carbon dioxide captured on an annual basis;
(2) the means for transporting the carbon dioxide to a sequestration or utilization facility;
(3) the location of the sequestration or utilization facility used;
(4) the electrical power consumption of the carbon dioxide capture equipment; and
(5) the generation source or sources providing electrical power for the carbon dioxide capture equipment and the emissions of CO2 and criteria pollutants of the generation source or sources.
