Illinois Statutes Chapter 415. Environmental Safety § 5/59.4. Report on the status and impact of carbon capture and sequestration

(1) the amount of carbon dioxide captured on an annual basis;

(2) the means for transporting the carbon dioxide to a sequestration or utilization facility;

(3) the location of the sequestration or utilization facility used;

(4) the electrical power consumption of the carbon dioxide capture equipment; and

(5) the generation source or sources providing electrical power for the carbon dioxide capture equipment and the emissions of CO₂ and criteria pollutants of the generation source or sources.
