§ 57.18. Additional remedial action required by change in law; Agency's duty to propose amendment. If a change in State or federal law requires additional remedial action in response to releases for which No Further Remediation Letters have been issued, the Agency shall propose in the next convening of a regular session of the current General Assembly amendments to this Title to allow owners and operators to perform the additional remedial action and seek payment from the Fund for the costs of the action.
