§ 3.520. Used oil. “Used oil” means any oil which has been refined from crude oil or refined from used oil, has been used, and as a result of such use has been contaminated by physical or chemical impurities, except that “used oil” shall not include that type of oil generated on farmland property devoted to agricultural use and used on that property for heating or burning.
