Illinois Statutes Chapter 415. Environmental Safety § 5/3.370. RCRA permit

§ 3.370. RCRA permit. “RCRA permit” means a permit issued by the Agency pursuant to authorization received by the Agency from the United States Environmental Protection Agency under Subtitle C of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976, (P.L. 94-580) (RCRA)  1 and which meets the requirements of Section 3005 of RCRA  2 and of this Act.
